WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW IF YOU DON'T GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Your body reacts in extreme ways if you deny yourself sufficient sleep. The body undergoes slower metabolism, higher blood sugar levels, higher stress hormones and production of increased hunger stimulating ghrelin that make you hungry and eat more than necessary! Besides all that, lack of sleep also leads to low energy levels, memory loss, capacity to concentrate is lessened and you can't expect to perform your optimum at work, home or school. It's important to gift your body 8 hours sleep.
