On Thursday June 14, I attended a workshop on Energy Healing conducted by Lorenzo Becchi, visiting practitioner at Six Senses Spa at Hotel Missoni. In his interactive workshop, Lorenzo explained how different people
communicate and experience the world through their auditive, visual and
kinesthetic senses and a lot of people also experience the world using
all these three means as well. He talked about energy healing and introduced to us certain mental exercises to deal with and combat every day stress that arises from negative experiences and relationships with people around us and how to heal ourselves. The mental exercises involved visualization and mental conflict resolution techniques that can help us overcome fears, inhibitions and limitations, as a part of energy healing / self healing . He also taught us a tapping technique to alleviate any physical pain we are experiencing. We were shown a video of Lorenzo practicing 'Flying therapeutics' which is a unique treatment where you will be physically lifted on his feet to experience a deep state of relaxation. Lorenzo uses various techniques of healing through his Bodywork and Energetic Healing Sessions where you can heal from physical and emotional pain without any major effort. He is also certified in Acupuncture and Bio Magnetic healing (using magnets with acupuncture for powerful effects).
